Royal Auckland and Grange Golf Club Project
A Climaveneta Air Cooled Heat Pump Chiller was provided to supply independent heating and chilled water to the fan coil units, water heater batteries and underfloor heating manifolds in the clubhouse. It is located within a separate compound adjacent to the maintenance building.
Primary heating and chilled water pump units circulate the heating and chilled water from the compound to low loss headers within the Clubhouse via pre-insulated flow and return pipework laid in a 600mm deep backfilled service trench.
The Offices, Meeting Room and Pro Shop were provided with full comfort cooling and heating by way of a 4-pipe fan coil unit air conditioning system. Ducted fan coil units within the ceiling void provide conditioned and fresh air into each room via distribution ductwork connecting linear supply and return ceiling diffusers complete with local wall mounted controllers.
