HIghbrook Project
The open area is air conditioned by Panasonic VRF multi head in ceiling ducted systems with each level divided three zones. These units are all connected to the building management systems and can be fully controlled via the central controller.
The open spaces are ventilated via a roof mounted fresh air unit which supplies into the ceiling void on each level.
This unit operates via time clock control with manual override switches located on the light switch banks on each level.
This operates dependant on the CO² levels of which three sensors are located on each level.
The reception area is air conditioned via a ceiling mounted ducted system which is stand-alone.
This is controlled by a wall controller in the area. Fresh air is supplied into the system from the main rooftop fresh air supply unit.
