Located in the centre of Auckland’s most-desirable suburbs, Neo is just a short walk from the CBD and Newmarket.
The build Consists of a selection of studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms and two bedrooms with study layouts.
The basement carpark is fitted with Jet fans controlled by CO sensors and BMS system.
The apartments are fitted with Daikin High wall units with the outdoor units installed on the Balconies, these have Heat Pump covers installed for safety and aesthetics.
Fresh air is provided to each apartment as well as toilet and range hood extraction.
The job was completed ahead of schedule with no compromise on quality.
